As a ZVU customer you will have an access to a large inventory of Israeli jewelry collections, amazing looks and qualities. Zvu brings you directly the latest trends from the artist studio to the comfort of your own home.
Zvu works mostly with sterling silver, semi precious stones with or without touches of gold. (9K; 14K; 22K) and Roman Glass. Zvu also carrying fashion lines of gold plated and hypo allergic metals combined with crystals, Swarovski crystal and glass beads. We bring mostly one item of a kind and in some cases we'll have more of each and in limited quantities. The materials will be very close to the photos, though at times throughout the catalog the items may very and colors may look slightly different. All pearls are cultured or freshwater pearls unless specified or being part of the fashion line. Opal stones that are used are composite and man-made. Oxidize jewelry is to create a vintage, antique look and to inspire the change of colors in the materials. Zvu’s products are hand made crafted with the finest materials to the highest products. When it comes to ring sizes from one-half inches wide on bottom or wider please consider one-half to a full size larger.

JEWELRY CARE
Sterling Silver and Gold Care: Use sterling silver cloth and/or liquid. (Do not use liquid when you have pearls or gold plated). For best results and to slow tarnishing please use a sealed plastic bag and store the Jewelry away from a light source and humidity.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
An item can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of original receiving date if the item has not been worn and is in new condition. If the item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the retail price difference and applicable sales tax will be charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable and Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on the returned or exchanged item. For returns/exchanges, please email us with your order number, date of shipping and the reason for the return/exchange. Once request for return/exchanged is received, customer will be provided with a return code number. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned/exchanged items. Signature on return is not required but Zvu recommends to send package certified. After 30 Days, all sales are final. No returs/exchanges will be allowed after 30 days from the day the merchandise is received. Zvu does not offer repair services and denies any liability for any allergies or reactions which may occur from wearing the jewelry. When running specials-promotions Zvu keeps the rights for Final Sale. See notes on Invoice.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our packages are mailed Monday through Friday via the U.S. postal services. Delivery time and days based on USPS when you placed your order. Zvu asume no responsibility for events related to the shipping and/or delays. Please contact the shipper for questions related to your order shipment. For free shipping and handling promotions, a code number must be provided at check-out. 
 Faster delivery is available for an additional fee. Shipping charges will be waived on orders totaling $75 or more. 
Please note that there is no refund for shipping charges if the merchandise is returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping outside the United States is available and Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and applicable taxes and/or customs. Zvu is assumes no responsibility for shipping delays, customs delays, additional costs or any other shipping-related events for international shipments. Shipping charges will be waived on orders shipped outside the United State and totaling $350 or more.
